These Terms are the agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] ("RepForge", "we", "us") for the RepForge app. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read Section 2 and Section 3 carefully — they are about your physical safety and they limit what you can hold us responsible for.

1 · Who we are

RepForge is operated by [COMPANY NAME], a [STATE] limited liability company with its registered address at [ADDRESS]. You can reach us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we answer support mail within [N] business days.

RepForge is an iOS app for planning, logging and reviewing strength training, cardio and physique-preparation. It includes an optional paid tier, RepForge Pro, and optional social features.

2 · RepForge is not medical, nutrition, or coaching advice

RepForge is a general fitness and information tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing it shows you is medical advice, physiotherapy, or clinical nutrition advice. Using RepForge does not create a doctor–patient, dietitian–client, or coach–client relationship between you and us.

Everything the app produces — generated training plans, suggested loads and progressions, macronutrient targets, cardio prescriptions, peak-week checklists, recovery insights, readiness and adherence figures, and any AI-generated routine — is general information calculated from numbers you or your devices supplied. It is not personalised to your medical history, and it cannot see your injuries, medications, allergies, or conditions.

Talk to a qualified professional before you start. Get clearance from a physician or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning, changing, or intensifying any exercise or nutrition programme, and especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, are under 18, are over 65, are returning from injury or surgery, have or have had a cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, orthopaedic or musculoskeletal condition, have or have had an eating disorder or disordered eating, or take any medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, hydration or electrolyte balance.

Stop immediately and seek medical help if you experience chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath out of proportion to the effort, dizziness, fainting, an irregular heartbeat, sudden or sharp pain, numbness, visual disturbance, or any symptom that feels wrong. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. Do not use RepForge to manage an emergency.

A note on physique preparation. RepForge includes contest-preparation features: calorie and macronutrient targets, body-weight and body-fat targets, peak-week protocols involving water and sodium manipulation, and weekly check-ins that ask you to rate your hunger and stress. These features are for experienced athletes working with qualified professionals. Aggressive weight manipulation carries real medical risk. The targets RepForge displays are arithmetic, not a nutrition plan, and they are not supervision. If you have any history of disordered eating, please do not use these features without professional support.

Pain flagging is not a diagnosis. When you flag pain during a workout, RepForge records what you reported and may suggest a substitute exercise or add the movement to your avoid list. That is a logging and programming convenience. It is not an assessment, not a diagnosis, and not treatment.

3 · You train at your own risk

Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury, and in rare cases serious injury or death. That risk exists no matter how well a programme is designed, and it is not eliminated by any feature of this app.

By using RepForge you accept that risk knowingly and voluntarily. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any exercise, load, progression, cardio prescription, or nutrition target the app displays is appropriate for you on that day, for using correct technique, for warming up, for training in a safe environment with functioning equipment, and for using a spotter or safety equipment where appropriate. You should reduce or skip anything that does not feel right, regardless of what the app suggests.

You confirm that you are in good enough health to exercise, and that you have either obtained medical clearance or made an informed decision not to seek it.

4 · Who can use RepForge

You must be at least 16 years old to create a RepForge account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. RepForge is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16 we will close it and delete the data; if you believe a child has created an account, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

If you are between 16 and 18, you should only use RepForge with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and you should not use the physique-preparation features.

You may not use RepForge if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including US export-control and sanctions rules.

5 · Your account

RepForge requires an account. Your training data is stored in and synchronised through Google Firebase so it is available on your devices and survives losing your phone.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] promptly if you think someone else has access to it. Do not share your account, and do not create an account for anyone else.

You may need to verify your email address before some features work. Keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you about your account.

6 · RepForge Pro — subscriptions, trials and billing

RepForge is free to use for its core training features. RepForge Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features, including AI Import.

Plans and prices. RepForge Pro is offered as a monthly plan and an annual plan. The current price of each is shown on the subscription screen in the app and on the App Store listing before you buy, in your local currency, and that displayed price governs. Prices may differ by country and may change; we will tell you before a price change affects your renewal, and you can cancel first.

Free trial. The annual plan may include a free trial of the length shown at purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and you are charged. If you have already used a trial for RepForge Pro, you may not be eligible for another. Cancelling during a trial ends your access when the trial period expires.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before each renewal.

How to cancel. Cancel at any time in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions on your iPhone, or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep Pro until then. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Payment and refunds. All purchases are made through Apple, not through us. Apple takes payment, handles renewals, and is the only party that can issue a refund. Refunds are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions; you can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds ourselves, though we will help you if something has gone wrong — write to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Your subscription belongs to your Apple ID. Because Apple manages the purchase, RepForge Pro follows the Apple ID that bought it, not your RepForge login. Two RepForge accounts used on the same Apple ID will both see Pro.

If your subscription ends. Your data is never deleted or held hostage because you stopped paying. Everything you have logged remains readable, and you keep the ability to export it and to delete it. Pro-only features stop being available, and plans that depend on them may be paused. The precise behaviour is described in the app at the point it happens.

7 · Acceptable use

Use RepForge for its intended purpose and don't make it worse for anyone else. You agree not to:

• Access, or try to access, another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or build a competing service out of the app, its exercise library, or its generated content, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with the service, probe or test its security, circumvent rate limits or entitlement checks, or use automated systems to place load on it.
• Use RepForge for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any export-control or sanctions law.
• Upload anything containing malware, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to RepForge or to any Pro feature.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious or ongoing.

8 · Social features and your content

RepForge includes optional social features: a public @handle, a display name, friend connections, shared workout summaries, and emoji reactions. Using them is entirely your choice, and the sharing switches in Settings control what other people can see.

You keep ownership of everything you create in RepForge — your workouts, routines, plans, custom exercises, notes, handle and display name. By using the social features you give us a limited licence to store, copy and display that content to the people you have chosen to share it with, and to operate and back up the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already in routine backups and any copies other users were entitled to see.

You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

9 · Community standards

Content and behaviour that we do not allow anywhere in RepForge, including in handles, display names, shared routines, and notes:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeting an individual.
• Hate speech or slurs, or content attacking people on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Sexual content, sexualised content involving minors of any kind, nudity, or sexual solicitation.
• Violent, graphic, or self-harm content, and content promoting disordered eating, extreme weight cutting, or dangerous dehydration practices.
• Promotion or sale of anabolic steroids, illegal performance-enhancing drugs, or other controlled substances.
• Impersonation of another person, coach, brand, or of RepForge itself.
• Spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, and unauthorised commercial coaching solicitation.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. There is no warning system for the most serious categories.

10 · Reporting, blocking, and what we do about it

Every user profile and shared item in RepForge has a Report action, and every user can be blocked. Blocking someone immediately removes their ability to see your shared content, send you friend requests, or react to your workouts.

We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours. Depending on what we find we may remove content, restrict or suspend an account, or permanently terminate it — and where the law requires it, or where there is a credible threat to someone's safety, we may report it to the authorities.

Handles are checked against a reserved-name list and a format rule when they are claimed. We may reclaim or rename a handle or display name that breaches these standards, impersonates someone, or is being squatted.

Report anything you cannot report in the app to [SUPPORT EMAIL], with enough detail for us to find it.

11 · AI Import

AI Import (a Pro feature) lets you photograph, scan, or upload a training programme and have it converted into a RepForge routine or plan. The content you submit is transmitted to Google and processed by Google's Gemini models to produce that result.

Three things you should understand before using it:

It can be wrong. The output is machine-generated from an image or a document. It can misread a number, invent an exercise, mis-assign a weight, or produce a programme that is unsuitable or unsafe for you. Always check what it produced before you train from it. Everything in Section 2 applies with particular force to AI-generated content.

Only submit what you have the right to submit. Do not upload a coach's paid programme, a copyrighted training book, or anyone else's proprietary material unless you have permission or your use is otherwise lawful. You are responsible for what you upload, and you agree to cover us for claims arising from it (see Section 17).

Don't submit anything sensitive. Do not include medical records, other people's personal information, or anything you would not be comfortable sending to a third-party processor. What happens to the content is described in our Privacy Policy.

12 · Copyright and takedown

If you believe material in RepForge infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [DMCA AGENT EMAIL] including: your contact details; an identification of the work; where the material is in the app; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your signature.

We remove infringing material, notify the user who posted it, and accept counter-notices. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

13 · Apple Health and your device

If you connect Apple Health, RepForge reads and writes only the data types you authorise, and you can change or revoke that authorisation at any time in the Health app. If you use GPS cardio tracking, RepForge records your route for the duration of that workout — including while your phone is locked — so it can calculate distance and pace, draw the map in Apple Fitness, and draw your route map inside RepForge. What we do with all of this is described in our Privacy Policy.

RepForge never uses health, fitness, or location data for advertising or marketing, never sells it, and never uses it for data mining beyond providing the app to you.

14 · Our intellectual property

The RepForge app, its name, logo, design system, exercise library, generated programming logic, and everything else we created are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial training. Nothing else is granted.

Feedback you send us is welcome, and we may use it freely without owing you anything.

15 · Third-party services

RepForge depends on services we do not control, principally Apple (the App Store, StoreKit purchases, HealthKit, push notifications) and Google (Firebase authentication, database, cloud functions, app attestation, and the Gemini models behind AI Import). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their handling of data, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. A current list is in our Privacy Policy.

16 · Changes to RepForge and to these Terms

We are actively developing RepForge, and features may change, be added, or be removed. We will not remove core functionality you have already paid for during a subscription period without offering you a remedy.

We may update these Terms. When the changes are material we will bump the version, and the app will ask you to review and accept the new version before it continues syncing your data. If you would rather not accept, you can sign out, and you can email [PRIVACY EMAIL] to request an export or the deletion of your data. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this document. Continuing to use RepForge after accepting means you agree to the updated Terms.

17 · Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting it permanently erases your synced data — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what is retained. Deleting your RepForge account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that separately as described in Section 6.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue RepForge entirely we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Sections 2, 3, 14, 18, 19, 20 and 21 survive the end of this agreement.

18 · Disclaimers

RepForge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that its calculations, estimates, generated programmes, imported routines, or insights will be accurate, complete, or suitable for you; or that data synchronisation will never fail. Health and activity figures shown in RepForge are estimates and are not medical measurements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19 · Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or training records, arising out of or related to your use of RepForge — whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to RepForge is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

20 · Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of RepForge in breach of these Terms, from content you upload or share, from your infringement of anyone else's rights, or from your violation of any law.

21 · Disputes, arbitration, and governing law

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Most things can be sorted out this way.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws in the place where you live.

Where disputes are heard. [COUNSEL TO COMPLETE — venue, and whether binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver and a small-claims carve-out is adopted.]

Canada. If you live in Canada, nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable provincial consumer-protection legislation, and residents of Québec may bring proceedings in Québec.

22 · Apple

You and we acknowledge the following, which Apple requires:

• This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for RepForge or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for RepForge.
• If RepForge fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to RepForge.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to RepForge, including product liability claims, claims that RepForge fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that RepForge infringes intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

23 · General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about RepForge.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you.
